Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Perfectly Boo! We aim to get your order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £4.50.

We offer FREE standard UK delivery on orders over £150.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note that made-to-order items have a longer lead time, which will be stated on the individual product listing.

Northern Ireland

We deliver to Northern Ireland. Delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to a selection of countries. International shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Our current standard international rates start from £25 for parcels up to 1kg, with heavier parcels typically charged at £35.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applied by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Please be aware that customs procedures can occasionally cause delays that are outside our control.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

During particularly busy periods, public holidays and Christmas, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
